The rooms were generally clean and equipped with King bed, sleeper sofa. The service was EXCELLENT and the staff were excellent. The location was comfortable and quiet, for example, Smithgall Arts Center was not very far from the hotel.

The location was perfect and convenient, right next to the outlet at the entrance. Visited a couple of interesting spots, like Grace Episcopal Church, which is just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

b General information: /b I reserved a night for last night 2/27/2016 the Old Man at the front desk so so RUDE argued with me then charged my card and additional amount. I reserved my room at the amount of $78 once I got there that Old Mean Ass Clerk after disrespecting me and my Husband charged $118 on my card. Then I went to get a receipt and he was sleeping on the desk same as this morning. My room was not clean 2 bottles of shampoo NO conditioner at all tv did Not work at all the refrigerator didn't work I have taken pictures of him sleeping and all the nasty and broken stuff to post on ur website and social media. I'm a very PISSED CUSTOMER!!! I think u should do something bout these issues or refund my money!! This was supposed to be my husband and I special time together and we were so disappointed. I had to ask my Husband to walk outside because your Night Clerk was so nasty with food all over his hands his was so very rude cocky and ALL OF THE ABOVE!! I will make sure something is done about the ridiculous Sevice and nasty motel. That's OVER priced and beyond nasty!!
